16th Annual General Meeting of HUREC Nepal Concluded Successfully:
The 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Human Rights and Rural Environment Conservation Center (HUREC Nepal), Birendranagar–11, Surkhet, was successfully concluded.
The program was conducted under the chairpersonship of Mr. Ganesh Bahadur Oli, President of the organization. Mr. Kul Bahadur Khatri, President of Aalo Paalo Savings and Credit Cooperative Ltd., Surkhet, attended the event as the Chief Guest, while Mr. Suresh Kumar Chhetri participated as the Special Guest. The program was also attended by Mr. Jagat Bahadur B.C., among other distinguished guests.
The AGM elected a new Executive Committee for a three-year term as per the following details:
- President: Charitra Kumari KC
- Vice President: Gita Sunar
- Secretary: Tikaram Acharya
- Treasurer: Sumitra Sawad
- Member: Rabindra Kumar B.C.
- Member: Goma Hamal
- Member: Chandra Sunar
In accordance with the provisions of the organization’s statute, the AGM appointed Founder President Mr. Ganesh Bahadur Oli as the Patron of the organization. Furthermore, Mr. Suresh Kumar Chhetri, Mr. Jagat Bahadur B.C., and Mr. Top Bahadur Bik were selected as Advisors.
